Refunds
There are certain situations where refunds are granted – where there is a mistake made by us in your report. You will receive either a full refund or report replacement with the correct information. We will contact you if this occurs.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds if you send the incorrect information. Ensure you review your information in detail before you submit it.
