To work out the heart number, you need to add up the numbers that make up the vowels in both of names and bring those numbers to a single digit, unless it adds up to a Master Number of 11 or 22, which you leave as it is.

How to work it out

In order to get your destiny number to a single digit, you need to add the numbers on your name to get to one number.

Say your name is Kathy Goodall, this is how you would calculate the Destiny Number from the name:

K    A    T    H    Y  

A= 1 -> Total = 1

G   O   O   D   A   L   L

O=6, O=6, A=1 -> Total = 13

TOTAL = 13 + 1 = 14 = 5
